About the Role
The FF&E Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, financial management, and procurement management for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) work orders. This role collaborates with the FF&E team, stakeholders, clients, project managers, vendors, and facilities teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of work orders according to project requirements and standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple work orders simultaneously while maintaining strong communication with internal and external partners.

- Ensuring work orders are completed on schedule
- Ensuring work orders are completed within budget
- Ensuring work orders are in accordance with project requirements
- Ensuring work orders are in accordance with organizational standards

Salary/Compensations
- $29 - $33 per hour
