About the Role
The Warehouse Manager's main priorities are to assist management with warehouse operations, including inventory management, fleet management, and day-to-day operations geared towards operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Receiving deliveries and ensure the proper warehouse rotation of product
- Assist the Operations Manager with daily inventory to ensure accurate counting and tracking inventory on trucks and in the warehouse
- Inspect cleanliness and overall condition of the warehouse
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to update Regional Accounts on business, channel competition, opportunities, and promotions
- Assist in repackaging and introducing repackaged products back into circulation within RBNA's standards
- Assist in the disposal of damage/out-of-date product
- Assist with the scheduling and delivery of fleet vehicles for routine maintenance
- Secondary contact for warehouse access and security
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Prior warehouse experience, preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational and mathematical skills
- Ability to regularly lift and move 25 lbs. over your head
- Clear background and drug testing
- Able to obtain or have a medical DOT certification
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of the beverage market preferred
