About the Role
Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries as a Patrol Unarmed Officer. Monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and support access control. Provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally, and document security-related activity using computer or tablet systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Requirements
- Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
- Background investigation will be conducted.
- Drug screen will be conducted.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
