About the Role

Responsibilities

• Perform Revit and AutoCAD electrical design operations.
• Provide technical assistance to Senior Designers, Project Managers, and Team Leaders.
• Support the design of power distribution, fire alarm, grounding, lightning protection, photovoltaic, and lighting systems.
• Ensure adherence to Introba design checklists and standards.
• Coordinate electrical and mechanical requirements with other project design team disciplines.
• Coordinate service requirements/connections with utility and/or municipal agencies.
• Support the construction administration process, including reviewing shop drawings and RFIs, and issuing site instructions and change notices with senior staff support.

Requirements

• Proficient operating knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD is required.
• Good communication skills, initiative, and inclination to learn are to be demonstrated.
• Flexibility to deal with changing priorities is a must.
• Ability to systematically and reliably respond to critical situations is a must.
• Minimum 2 years of design experience in power distribution, fire alarm, lighting, and lighting control systems using Revit (or AutoCAD).
• Ability to read Architectural, Structural, and Electrical drawings with minimal supervision.
• Ability to apply prescriptive requirements of electrical building services engineering codes with minimal supervision.
