About the Role
The Measure Technician (In-Home Advisor) works independently in a traveling field role, providing professional customer service and performing in-home measure appointments. This role supports sales, product inquiry, measurements, and coordinating installations, focusing on customer satisfaction, accuracy, and sales productivity.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily routes for pre-assigned measure appointments efficiently and accurately.
- Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers to complete assigned work activities.
- Follow all policies, procedures, and adhere to work schedule.
- Ask customers open-ended questions and listen to responses about their projects and product needs.
- Describe features and benefits of merchandise and steps involved in completing projects.
- Demonstrate product and services knowledge in answering customer questions.
- Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Reliable Transportation.
- Must continuously stand or walk or regularly requires lifting/handling/carrying material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds).
