About the Role
Provides strategic administrative and operational support to senior Technology leaders and their organizations. Serves as a trusted partner responsible for executive support, coordination of organizational priorities, communications, events, workforce activities, and cross-functional initiatives. Operates with a high degree of independence, discretion, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment while helping drive organizational effectiveness across leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between leadership, employees, and key business partners, responding to questions and facilitating coordination across teams.
- Partner with senior leaders to manage priorities, anticipate needs, and ensure the effective execution of administrative and operational activities.
- Create executive-level communications, agendas, meeting materials, and other correspondence on behalf of leadership.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, town halls, employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and special events.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for one or more senior leaders.
- Support organizational initiatives, projects, and workforce-related activities requiring coordination across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Track action items and follow-up activities resulting from leadership discussions and organizational priorities.
- Maintain confidential information and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive business and personnel matters.
- Prepare expense reports, and other financial documentation while maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate with partners across Human Resources, Finance, Corporate Services, Technology, and other business functions to support department operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Adhere to applicable compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with Company and regulatory standards.
- Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
- Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of audit and regulatory requirements, as applicable.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.

- 4 years progressive administrative and operational support support experience with demonstrated development of skills on-the-job
