About the Role
Gain process knowledge to support onboarding and training initiatives. Develop and maintain training processes for internal team members. Collaborate with business teams to manage onboarding, provide training, and create/maintain work instructions and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and development of training programs aligned to organizational goals.
- Deliver effective training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and assessments.
- Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop training content.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation in compliance with policies.
- Provide timely support to employees during and after training.
- Assist with training strategies that support employee growth and performance.
- Analyze training data and prepare summary reports for management.
- Stay current on training and development best practices and recommend enhancements.
Requirements
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to support training initiatives.
- 1–3 years of experience analyzing training effectiveness, using feedback/data to recommend improvements.
Skills
- Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to confidently present to large groups and deliver engaging public speaking sessions.
