About the Role
Seeking an energetic, customer-focused, self-starter with experience in the automotive aftermarket parts industry to join our thriving team in Etobicoke, ON.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery, verifying invoices to ensure order accuracy.
- Assist with picking parts for orders.
- Examine merchandise condition at delivery or prior to acceptance, and obtain customer sign-off.
- Organize daily pick-up of customer cores, returns, and warranties without disrupting delivery efficiency.
- Accurately record all deliveries and pickups, ensuring proper paperwork accompanies all customer cores, returns, and warranties.
- Comply with customer service delivery strategies.
- Comply with electronic delivery principles and standards.
- Immediately report any customer complaints or dissatisfaction to the Dispatcher and/or Store Manager.
- Check daily fluid levels, tire condition, and ensure vehicle cleanliness.
- Comply with all rules and regulations of the road.
- Check in with Dispatcher and/or Store Manager regarding delivery progress/delays.
- Participate in cycle count programs and annual physical inventory.
- Assist with customer service activities within the store location.
- Assist with keeping the store neat and orderly, including stocking shelves.
Requirements
- Must have a driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Possesses high interpersonal skills to develop and maintain working relationships.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
