About the Role

Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment and tools.
- Complete service documentation.
- Demonstrate equipment for customer use.
- Provide quality customer service.
- Perform occasional travel to customer sites.
- Undertake other duties as required.
Requirements
- Currently registered or willing to pursue a Heavy Equipment Service Technician License.
- Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Bring own tools for the role.
- The recruitment process may include AI, employment testing, and employment checks.
- Individuals may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

Skills
- Knowledge of mechanical systems with various engines and hydraulic systems.
- Understanding of schematics and diagrams.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of equipment from brands such as Skyjack, JLG, and Genie is an asset.
- Preferably a 421A or 310 T Level 2 or above.
Experience Level
- 1-3 years of related experience.
Education Level
- High School Diploma.
- Heavy Equipment Service Technician License.
Salary/Compensations
- Pay ranges provided may be adjusted outside communicated range based on geography, skill level, and experience.
