About the Role
Modulr is seeking an individual to own and architect the marketing technology stack and its measurement layer. This hands-on role involves building infrastructure, designing systems, and enabling marketers to operate autonomously. The position focuses on making the marketing funnel legible and ensuring efficient system integration with technology and RevOps teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and architect the marketing technology stack, including marketing automation, CRM integration, enrichment, and intent tooling.
- Make marketing self-sufficient by building templates, modules, workflows, and guardrails for campaign execution.
- Build the measurement layer, modeling attribution from first touch to closed won and defining necessary events and properties.
- Provide reporting as a service through self-sustaining dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
- Implement AI across marketing operations by leveraging automation, agents, and internal tooling.
- Own the conversion infrastructure, including forms, tracking, routing, and testing.
- Partner with internal technology teams on platforms and integrations.
- Collaborate with RevOps to ensure a unified view of marketing and sales data.
- Maintain data governance, hygiene, and compliance within a regulated industry.
Requirements
- Experience owning a marketing technology stack end-to-end and architecting it.
- Hands-on experience working directly within marketing platforms.
- Proven ability to build and defend attribution models from first touch to closed won.
- Instinct for enablement, building usable systems for others.
- Strong data modeling and reporting skills, capable of translating commercial questions into analyses.
- Ability to work effectively across technical teams and maintain productive boundaries with revenue operations.
- Fluency with AI, with a demonstrated history of building and shipping AI agents, automations, and internal tools.
- B2B experience is required.
- Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a strong plus.
- Experience with intent and enrichment tooling is a strong plus.
- Experience with data governance in a regulated industry is a strong plus.
- Experience within the £50–150M ARR band is a strong plus.
