About the Role

BAYADA is seeking experienced RNs to deliver expert one-on-one care to high-acuity clients in their homes across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx. As a Critical Care Lead Nurse, you'll be part of our elite response team - opening cases, filling urgent needs and guiding others with confidence and compassion. Responsibilities

Deliver high-acuity care to adult and pediatric clients
Support new case openings and emergency coverage needs
Precept and mentor new nurses
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
Educate and support families and caregivers
Represent BAYADA with professionalism, compassion and clinical excellence

Requirements

Active RN license in the state of New York
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
1+ year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred)
Willingness to work with both adult and pediatric clients
Ability to travel to all 5 boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx
