About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to oversee our Client Platform, focusing on the post-sign-up experience for business clients. The objective is to develop an intuitive, self-serve dashboard that simplifies browsing, purchasing, and accessing support, ensuring a frictionless experience.

Responsibilities

• Build the UI enabling clients to easily browse thousands of global gift cards/rewards, view dynamic pricing, check inventory, and place bulk card orders seamlessly.
• Create workflows for clients to discover new products, request access to new regional catalogs, or submit feature requests directly through the portal.
• Design the ticketing, help center, and communication loops within the dashboard for rapid client support, reducing the need for account manager intervention.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in building user-friendly B2B dashboards, SaaS platforms, or e-commerce client portals.
• Understanding of APIs, data flow between systems, and ability to discuss system capabilities with engineering teams.
• Ability to simplify complex business workflows into intuitive, multi-click processes.
• Preference for fast execution, product data analysis, and rapid iteration over extensive specification documentation.
