About the Role

Seeking staff to work part-time, primarily weekends with some weeknight availability, or full-time. This role offers a fun outdoor working environment at Fingerlakes Gaming.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional image for the client establishment.
• Assist patrons in any way possible.
• Park vehicles safely, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Return to the valet station quickly to minimize customer wait times.
• Work well with coworkers and enjoy the job.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to drive a standard transmission vehicle to the satisfaction of management.
• Have own transportation.
• Have experience working in customer service.
• Must have a good driving record.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours a day.
• Ability to run up to 100 yards, 50 times a day or more.
• Ability to enter and exit customers' vehicles 75 or more times daily.
• Ability to lift wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, baggage, gifts, etc.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including inclement weather.
• Applicants with a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, transportation, and security are encouraged to apply.
