About the Role
As a Field Sales Representative at Monster Energy, you will energize and amplify bottler relationships, educate and inspire partner representatives to expand distribution, increase volume in existing accounts, and execute strategies within your territory. You will drive bottler business results, spearhead company initiatives, and invigorate sales and execution while rolling out impactful marketing programs.
Responsibilities
- Train bottler sales representatives on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and marketing and sales promotions.
- Influence bottler actions at multiple levels of their organization through partnership ride-alongs, sales presentations, 'huddle' calls, and team calls.
- Sell at retail aligned against quarterly strategic initiatives focused on innovation, distribution, displays, and equipment placements.
- Complete comprehension and utilization of all Monster Energy Company tools (CRM) and capabilities to maximize productivity and results.
- Participate in business unit crew drives, market audits, company meetings and events, sampling initiatives, and local retail meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) field.
- Computer operating skills in and outside of an office environment, including handheld devices.
- Maintain an acceptable driving record to be covered by the company’s insurance carrier.
