About the Role

Support the day-to-day management and activation of a key entertainment-focused partnership, playing a central role in Visa's European marketing strategy to drive client engagement, strengthen the brand, and create meaningful consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of partnership marketing programmes across Europe.
  • Coordinate activation plans with local market teams for effective and compliant use of partnership rights.
  • Assist in delivering brand and client marketing campaigns leveraging partnership assets and intellectual property.
  • Support key campaign launches, events, and promotional activities.
  • Act as a key day-to-day liaison between Visa, agencies, and the partner on marketing activities.
  • Build strong working relationships across Visa's Brand Marketing, Client Marketing, Merchant, and Employee Engagement teams.
  • Respond to stakeholder requests and provide guidance on partnership opportunities, rights, and assets.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of activation toolkits, guidelines, and marketing resources.
  • Coordinate the approval process for marketing materials and campaigns involving partnership assets.
  • Ensure partnership assets are managed and distributed effectively.
  • Manage the tracking and allocation of hospitality assets associated with the partnership.
  • Support fulfilment, inventory management, and reporting processes with agency partners.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient utilisation of partnership benefits.
  • Support initiatives to increase employee awareness and engagement with the partnership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote key moments, experiences, and opportunities.
  • Assist with budget tracking and financial administration for partnership activities.
  • Support reporting processes and measurement of partnership activation performance.
  • Maintain project plans, status updates, and operational documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, sponsorship, partnership marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns, activations, or sponsorships.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with agencies, vendors, or external partners.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across a matrix organisation.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage budgets, timelines, and processes.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivery.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • A collaborative, positive, and solutions-focused mindset.
