About the Role
The focus of this role is to drive and lead UK Financial Services outsourcing client engagements, encompassing management accounting, statutory accounting, and accounting advisory work across asset management, banking, capital markets, and insurance. You will help deliver high-quality work and profitable outcomes by utilizing best practices, technology, and Firm policies. Additionally, you will collaborate with junior team members in the London office, delegating and reviewing their work while fostering their development.
Responsibilities
- Help deliver high-quality work for clients and profitable outcomes for the business through use of best practices, technology and alignment with Firm policies.
- Work closely with junior team members in our London office in the delegation and review of work as well as fostering their learning and development.
- Drive the delivery and delegation of work to team members.
Requirements
- Qualified at ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Strong interest in financial services, experience would be ideal but not essential.
- Good awareness of bookkeeping, management accounting and client relationship management.
- Able to manage projects, meet deadlines and manage engagement economics.
- Strong inter-personal communication skills.
