About the Role

This role is a critical team member focused on executing client engagements and practice development within CFO advisory services. The position involves supporting senior leadership, performing high-quality client work, developing client relationships, and contributing to practice growth and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Managing Directors in practice growth and development.
  • Develop knowledge management tools, methodologies, reports, models, work plans, checklists, and processes.
  • Perform high-quality client work and develop client relationships for CFO advisory service assignments.
  • Take a proactive approach and anticipate client needs.
  • Assist with practice development and marketing, including developing materials, surveys, events, and case studies.
  • Participate in writing thought leadership pieces relevant to CFOs and the OCFO practice.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a business-related major or economics.
  • Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience working in financial management consulting or a mix of corporate finance and accounting and consulting roles.
  • Job requires travel to clients and to the FTI office.

Salary/Compensations

  • Minimum Pay: $196,500.00
  • Maximum Pay: $413,000.00
