About the Role

The primary objective as a member of store management is to provide customers with quality team service, clean and organized surroundings in accordance with company standards. This role shares responsibility and accountability for sales performance, staff productivity, loss prevention, merchandising, safety, and store operating functions.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 months of supervisory experience (as a key carrier, shift lead, team lead) in a similar retail environment or a minimum of 6 weeks of experience as sales/cashier at Melrose.
• For promotion to sales/cashier or shoe associate with less than 45 days of employment at Melrose, a minimum of 2 months of prior verifiable supervisory experience is required.
• Must fill out promotion request form and submit to HR.
• Bronze & Silver Stores: Must be a minimum of 18 years old. If still in high school, must be a senior.
• Gold & Platinum Stores: Must be a minimum of 18 years old and out of high school.
