About the Role

Responsibilities

Perform pre-audit of projects to ensure all necessary paperwork and documents are filed.
Collaborate with the sales team and homeowners to retrieve essential paperwork and expedite the process.
Contact customers directly to obtain required paperwork.
Support the Permit Coordinator in delivering and retrieving permits to and from the City or County.
Secure signatures for all required paperwork between homeowners and City/County Agencies.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with City/County agencies and project teams.
Develop and maintain relationships with local HOAs.

Requirements

Previous permitting experience preferred.
Creative problem-solving abilities.
Team player with a self-starting attitude.
Computer literacy is essential.
Must have reliable transportation for permit delivery (mileage will be reimbursed).
Comfortable making calls to customers, HOAs, cities, and counties.

Skills

CRM or large database experience.
Proficient and accurate data entry.
Ability to multitask across multiple screens.
Strong communication skills for customer and agency interactions.
