About the Role
The Associate Regional Engagement Manager - Field leads the execution of strategies to enhance the client's associate and customer experience with Bread Financial products. This role is pivotal in providing recommendations to maximize performance and is accountable for the overall team's performance to ensure portfolio acquisition and sales goals are met. This role is critical in optimizing resources, human capital, and ensuring the execution of strategies to maximize performance and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Implement and execute engagement strategies to achieve acquisition budgets for respective clients, manage and measure results.
- Manage a team of associates fostering personal and team growth through developmental plans and performance management.
- Develop relationships with clients and partners, executing tactics to drive associate engagement.
- Support Field strategy through critical thinking and process improvements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 5-8 years experience in retail, banking, fintech, or similar industry.
- 2+ years leading project(s), mentoring and/or coaching experience, demonstrated subject matter expert in department.
- Facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to travel up to 70% monthly.
- Must be work authorized in the United States on a full time basis without the need for any sponsorship now or in the future.
- Cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders.
