About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Resident Services Director in implementing department programs and functions.
  • Establish and maintain a medication system.
  • Complete daily Quality Enhancement reviews.
  • Maintain positive relations with residents, families, and physicians.
  • Schedule and supervise staff, and be available to cover staffing when needed.
  • Maintain a staggered schedule with the RSD, including a rotational on-call schedule.
  • Provide training and orientation to new staff and ongoing development to current staff.
  • Ensure adherence to company policy, local health and safety codes, and federal regulations.
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living to residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, department heads, staff, and the Executive Director.
  • Perform assessments and reassessments to determine resident needs and service plan recommendations.
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure optimum services to residents.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and report safety or quality issues.
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Requirements

  • Licensed RN/LPN/LVN.
  • Basic First Aid and CPR certification as required.
  • Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.
  • Must complete all state-required training to maintain licensure or certification.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team setting and provide strong customer service.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Able to clearly communicate in English.
  • Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Able to effectively present to a small group or in a one-on-one basis.
  • Must be able to perform simple calculations.
  • Able to work flexible hours.
  • Position requires driving responsibilities.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must satisfactorily meet and be in compliance with Company’s Motor Vehicle Policy standards.

Salary/Compensations

  • $99,000.00/yr - $118,800.00/yr
