About the Role
The Connect Board Ticket Coordinator will play a crucial role in the Hive Department by accurately entering and managing tickets based on CRM notes. This individual will be responsible for reviewing CRM entries, deciphering the key details, and ensuring the information is properly input into the Connect Board system. This role requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Review CRM notes and extract relevant information to create accurate tickets in the Connect Board system.
- Input and maintain ticket information so that team members can efficiently manage and act upon the tickets.
- Ensure all ticket entries are accurate, complete, and adhere to department guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members to clarify information as needed.
- Monitor and prioritize ticket entries to support efficient workflow in the Hive Department.
- Assist in the upkeep of the Connect Board system by updating ticket statuses and closing tickets when appropriate.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associates Degree preferred
- Knowledge of CPT codes, ICD-10 codes and Medical Terminology a plus
- Experience with phone calls, both incoming and outgoing
- Ability to remain patient, level-headed and calm under pressure
- Critical thinking and the ability to direct assignments and ensure they are being completed timely
- Ability to communicate clearly
- PC and Windows experience
- Desire to help people

- Ability to investigate until a solution is found

- Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST work week
