About the Role
In this role, you will support the Director of Distribution Enablement on projects impacting the National Sales team and their partners, focusing on Application Management & Optimization and Business Process Management & Optimization. You will optimize the sales technology stack, support key initiatives, and drive improvements across the sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Support the administration, enhancement, and optimization of key sales tools including Salesforce and Seismic.
- Help design and maintain a centralized knowledge and training library for sales tools, workflows, and best practices.
- Conduct gap analyses on current sales processes, workflows, and systems; recommend solutions and build actionable implementation plans.
- Collaborate with distribution partners (Product, Marketing, Data & Analytics) to introduce innovative and productivity-enhancing initiatives.
- Assist in — and at times lead — the identification of project deliverables, development of milestones, and execution of enhancements.
- Ensure all required documentation, training materials, processes, and tools are in place to support seamless adoption by the Sales team.
- Engage with stakeholders to clearly define expectations, communicate progress, and ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Support sales activation initiatives, including product launches, programs, and campaign execution, helping bring creative ideas to life.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the mutual funds or securities industry.
- Post-secondary education.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (Seismic or Tableau experience considered an asset).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
