About the Role
The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International. We seek individuals to create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests. Parking Attendants at NYNY provide welcoming, efficient valet service to guests, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly at the Valet Entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic valet parking services
- Collect a vehicle claim check and retrieve the guest’s vehicle for their departure
- Accommodate guests requiring special assistance and aid
- Report issues and/or potential problems to security or immediate supervisor to avoid traffic congestion and delays at the valet entrance
- Assist in regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion
- Answer guest questions about hotel registration, restaurants, events, activities, and attractions
- Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise refer to the supervisor on duty
- Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation
- Assist bell persons with the movement of luggage as necessary
