About the Role
TrendAI™, the global AI security leader and enterprise business unit of Trend Micro, empowers organizations with full AI visibility and consolidated security. We are seeking exceptional talent to collaborate and push boundaries, helping to protect what matters and shape a safer, more trustworthy AI-powered future.
Responsibilities
- Own the Identity Security roadmap across human identity, non-human identity, and AI agent identity, unifying ITDR, and ISPM into one coherent product experience.
- Define and prioritize identity risk signals for posture scoring and real-time threat detection, translating emerging threat research into concrete requirements.
- Build business cases for new capability investment, including market sizing, competitive positioning, and partner revenue potential.
- Align partner strategy with TrendAI priorities across AI usage, applications, agents, identity, data, runtime security, detection, response, and governance.
- Define product requirements for NHI discovery, secrets exposure, entitlement governance, and identity-specific graph analysis for blast-radius and attack-path visibility.
- Lead product definition for AI agent identity, including MCP/A2A trust models, agent ownership and purpose declaration, delegation-chain depth, and composite risk scoring.
- Serve as the product-level technical authority on identity signal flow from IAM platforms without duplicating existing system functionality.
- Partner with Security Research and Engineering to translate attack-path analysis and MITRE ATT&CK identity tactics into detection logic and continuous control verification.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Security Research, MSSP channel partners, and strategic AI platform providers to ship identity security capabilities.
- Maintain integration requirements with PAM platforms, SIEM/SOAR systems, and cloud identity providers.
- Engage directly with enterprise customers and partners to validate roadmap priorities against real identity threat patterns.
- Engage strategic customers, design partners, frontier-model providers, Hyperscalers, and technology alliances to validate priorities and develop pilots and reference architectures.
- Work across PMM, sales, solution engineering, alliances, legal, privacy, compliance, support, and customer success to drive launches, enablement, differentiation, and adoption.
- Represent the partner product strategy clearly to executives, customers, partners, analysts, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Define the value proposition, customer problem solved, TrendAI's added value, and sales strategy for each partnership.
- Develop joint positioning, competitive analysis, customer presentations, solution briefs, demonstrations, and co-sell plans.
- Ensure every partnership and integration creates clear value for the customer, TrendAI, and the strategic partner.
- Use customer demand, adoption, product usage, technical feasibility, partner commitments, competitive intelligence, and pipeline impact to prioritize investment.
- Measure success through active integrations, customer adoption, influenced pipeline, partner-sourced opportunities, customer risk reduction, and reusable platform capability.

- Working understanding of AI agent identity and agentic protocols (MCP, A2A), including authentication, task delegation, and scope accumulation across multi-step workflows.
