About the Role

The Product Delivery Lead is the primary business and delivery partner for YETI's Customization technology platform, combining Product Ownership, Agile Delivery Leadership, and Business Systems Analysis to drive the successful delivery of enhancements, integrations, and strategic initiatives. This role translates business strategy into executable roadmaps, ensuring alignment with customer and operational needs, and driving the implementation of technology capabilities for customized products and experiences.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the Customization product backlog.
Partner with business leaders to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
Translate strategic business objectives into technology initiatives and user stories.
Prioritize enhancement requests based on business value, customer impact, risk, and technical complexity.
Define and communicate product goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
Serve as Scrum Master for Customization delivery teams.
Facilitate sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Track sprint progress and remove delivery impediments.
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Ensure teams maintain healthy sprint velocity and predictable delivery.
Monitor risks, dependencies, and release readiness.
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
Create process flows, use cases, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Evaluate current business processes and recommend improvements.
Partner with architects and engineers to validate solution designs.
Ensure traceability between business requirements and delivered functionality.
Support testing strategy, user acceptance testing, and solution validation.
Collaborate with Product Customization Operations, Digital Commerce, Customer Experience, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, QA Teams, and Third-Party Technology Partners.
Drive alignment across stakeholders on priorities and delivery timelines.
Facilitate decision-making and escalation management.
Monitor platform performance and operational KPIs.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Drive process automation and system optimization initiatives.
Support incident triage and post-incident review activities.
Ensure compliance with governance, security, and change management standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Scrum Master, or Product Delivery roles.
Experience managing Agile software delivery teams.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms.
