About the Role

As a Client Accounting Associate at Baker Tilly (BT), you'll join our Managed Services practice, helping clients modernize their accounting operations through cloud technology, scalable processes, and outsourced accounting solutions. You will support clients across a variety of industries as they enhance their financial operations and achieve long-term success. Responsibilities

Support client onboarding, accounting process improvements, and cloud accounting system implementations.
Deliver outsourced accounting services, including account reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, and general ledger support.
Work with multiple clients in a cloud-based environment while developing strong client service and project management skills.
Learn from experienced associates, managers, and partners through hands-on client engagements and ongoing professional development.
Build meaningful relationships and establish a strong foundation for a successful career at Baker Tilly.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or expected completion prior to employment.
Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Outstanding academic performance required, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
Must be a current Summer 2026 Baker Tilly Intern.

In Frisco, TX: pay rate range is $60,000 to $81,320
In San Francisco, CA: pay rate range is $76,700 to $100,680
In Irvine, CA: pay rate range is $67,850 to $89,060
In New York, NY: pay rate range is $73,500 to $96,810
