About the Role
KINESSO is a technology-driven performance marketing agency focused on delivering actionable growth for agency partners and clients through optimization, analytics, AI, and experimentation. This role is responsible for delivering and developing successful media programs through addressable planning and total path optimization across all addressable channels, providing guidance on audience strategies, optimization, and campaign architecture, and expanding client relationships and revenue opportunities. The role also involves developing key performance reports.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the performance, development, and results of a small client account or across multiple accounts, leading account decisions, budget spending, and staffing.
- Builds relationships with mid to senior-level stakeholders at clients and serves as a customer relationship manager.
- Approves vendor selections and scopes, oversees vendor meetings, and contributes expertise to vendor selection.
- Leads the design of reporting dashboards and develops presentations to clearly communicate results, owning the accuracy of all reporting.
- Develops long-term solutions for clients, including custom data management and data solutions.
- Tactically manages a small group of managers and/or professional employees, responsible for their performance, development, and coaching.
- Adapts account plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
- Collaborates with partners and colleagues across functions and centers of excellence.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully seeking out and curating new business relationships and/or solutions, developing solutions using new or existing processes.
- Experience building team leadership qualities and soft skills for managing up, down, and laterally.
- Experience working with and approving vendor selections and scopes, with expertise in vendor selection.
- Experience ensuring departmental standards and processes are customized to fit specific client needs and implemented across all campaigns.
- Substantial experience designing reporting dashboards with the ability to lead others in this work.
- Strong presentation abilities to ensure results are clearly communicated.
- Knowledge of technology or measurement ad tech solutions, including platforms like DV360, Google Ads, The Trade Desk, Roku, Vistar, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.
- Intermediate to strong data analysis skills.
- Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and/or clients.
- A history of team management/mentorship and comfort with internal/external-facing communication.
- Confident collaborating with others and creating an environment that welcomes diverse ideas.
- Experience with Project / Account Management.
- Advanced communication skills; clear and succinct communication.
