About the Role
Bassett Healthcare Network is seeking a full-time BC/BE Division Chief for its Digestive Diseases department in central New York. This role offers the opportunity to join an established group and become part of a progressive academic health system.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrated proficiency in standard GI procedures and testing
- Teach and mentor residents and medical students
- Participate in call no more frequent than 1:4
- Leverage an instant referral base from over 300 Network Clinicians
- Engage in program development
Requirements
- MD, DO or MBBS
- BC/BE
- Completion of an accredited USA Gastroenterology Fellowship
- 5 to 10 years post fellowship highly preferred
- Established clinician with leadership experience
- Experience in program development
- Interest in teaching residents and students
- New York State licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS certification required
- DEA required

Salary/Compensations
- $615,000 - $725,000
- Incentive plan with no earnings cap
