About the Role

Bassett Healthcare Network is seeking a full-time BC/BE Infectious Disease Physician to join an established group in central New York. This role offers opportunities for inpatient and outpatient consults, HIV care, telehealth coverage, clinical research, and moonlighting. As part of a progressive academic health system and a teaching affiliate of Columbia University, there will be daily interaction with medical students and residents.

Responsibilities

Inpatient and outpatient consults
Outpatient longitudinal HIV care
Infectious disease call by phone is 1:4
Cover telehealth for non-affiliated hospitals
Engage in clinical research, stewardship, and infection control
Moonlighting opportunities for inpatient internal medicine as a hospitalist

Requirements

MD, DO or MBBS
BC/BE
Completion of an accredited USA Infectious Disease Fellowship
New York State Licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
BLS certification

$270,000 - $300,000
