About the Role
Join the Urban Barn team to help people create homes they love. As a Store Supervisor, you will enrich the customer experience and grow your career with a well-known Canadian retailer, collaborating with management to foster a positive team environment and excellent customer shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers in their decor choices
- Open, prepare and close the store
- Train and coach team members
- Support operational tasks for stock and merchandising
- Ensure the performance of the store
- Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail sales experience
- Experience in customer service leadership
- Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)
- Ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg

- Passion for interior décor and merchandising
