About the Role

ACE is a premier, 24/7 Water Mitigation and Mold Remediation company dedicated to helping families rebuild and recover after devastating water and property damage. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you will get your hands dirty, master a valuable trade, and literally save the day for homeowners after a crisis. We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and driven field technicians to join our “A” team. Responsibilities

Utilize truck-mounted water extraction tools to remove wet carpet, drywall, and flooring using hand and power tools.
Deploy and monitor heavy-duty, industrial mitigation tech like high-powered air movers and commercial dehumidifiers.
Deep-clean and sanitize compromised properties to ensure they are safe and healthy.
Inspect, contain, and safely remove mold-damaged materials using specialized equipment and following strict safety standards.
Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for after-hours critical water emergencies.

Requirements

3 years of hands-on experience desired, but willing to train the right person.
Must be hardworking, driven, reliable, and comfortable with physical labor and getting messy.
Must possess a supportive team player attitude with a professional and empathetic approach to homeowners during a crisis.
Excellent communication skills required.
A valid, clean driver's license is REQUIRED to operate company response vehicles.
