About the Role

Under the direction of the Practice Manager and medical provider, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides quality patient care to support optimal clinical outcomes. The LPN maintains patient confidentiality and demonstrates clinical competence through continuing education, departmental competencies, in-service training, and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provides age-appropriate care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
• Assesses and interprets patient information to meet age-specific care needs.

Requirements

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Professional and courteous interaction with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and promote teamwork through positive role modeling.
• Occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens is reasonably anticipated. Duties may involve potential contact with blood, body fluids, and tissues.

Education Level
