About the Role
The Homestead, a Skilled Nursing Facility in Penn Yan, NY, has Full-Time and Part-Time LPN Positions available. Shifts include a choice of Day/Eve Rotations, Day/Night Rotations, Eve, and Night, with 8-hour shifts. As an LPN at The Homestead, you will be supported by a team of empathetic and caring leaders focused on your career success and advancement.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct and indirect skilled nursing care for assigned residents.
- Follows defined policies and procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Maintains a collaborative relationship with other nursing staff, physicians, and ancillary staff.
- Maintains an appropriate level of knowledge and clinical expertise through continuing education and in-service programs.
- Shall have the ability to provide care to geriatric residents.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a Practical Nursing Program.
- NYS Licensed Practical Nurse License or Limited Permit (new graduates accepted).
