About the Role
Join our team as an LPN at The Living Center North or The Living Center South, supported by empathetic and caring leaders focused on your career advancement. We offer financial support for the RN Program at Finger Lakes Health College of Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct and indirect skilled nursing care for assigned residents.
- Follows defined policies and procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Maintains a collaborative relationship with other nursing staff, physicians, and ancillary staff.
- Maintains an appropriate level of knowledge and clinical expertise through continuing education and in-service programs.
- Provides care to geriatric residents.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a Practical Nursing Program.
- NYS Licensed Practical Nurse License or Limited Permit (new graduates accepted).
