About the Role

The Trust & Safety team at Apple is at the forefront of safeguarding user trust by developing and deploying cutting-edge solutions to combat financial fraud and abuse across Apple's global ecosystem. This role is for a Program Manager with deep expertise in financial fraud and payment systems to lead critical initiatives that protect users, partners, and the integrity of Apple's financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external business partners to rapidly build and deploy sophisticated solutions essential in fighting fraudsters and abusers.
  • Relentlessly protect our customers and partners.
  • Safeguard the integrity of Apple’s financial services and protect our global customer base.
  • Design, test, and implement scalable risk mitigation strategies without compromising the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in risk management, fraud prevention, or trust and safety, preferably within the digital payments, credit, or fintech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to extract insights from large, complex datasets to identify emerging fraud trends and assess financial risk.
  • Hands-on proficiency with visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience working closely alongside Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Compliance teams.
