About the Role
The Visual Merchandise Coordinator will execute floor sets, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure store teams have accurate knowledge of display standards and merchandising strategies. This role involves coordinating store visits, planning and executing product knowledge seminars, and discussing business with store management to drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Execute floor sets and maintain Vince visual merchandising standards within assigned accounts.
- Communicate and deliver brand appropriate material to store management and associates.
- Ensure store teams have accurate knowledge of up-to-date company display standards and merchandising strategies.
- Communicate regularly with store management and the visual merchandising team regarding merchandising initiatives, display standards, and installations.
- Coordinate store visits within store rotation and territory.
- Plan and execute seasonal product knowledge seminars for large and intimate groups at all stores; host virtually where most efficient.
- Discuss business with store management and specialists; develop strategies and lead execution to drive sales.
- Frequently communicate with Account Executives via store recaps on any pertinent information per account.
- Partner with Logistic/Merchandise Managers to effectively enforce immediate exposure of product and organization within stockrooms.
- Host store requested events and assist in the planning and execution; generate new and creative customer facing experiences; continue to evolve virtual customer facing experiences.
- Assist with recruiting, interview and hiring for any open specialist/DSA positions.
- Manage the store specialists in your territory through frequent communication, require monthly recaps and exchange regular feedback and floor set photos.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Must have a minimum of one to two (1-2) years of relevant visual merchandising experience.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must have proven ability to work with a cross-functional team.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Must have strong business acumen.
- Must be flexible to change schedule with little advanced notice.
- Must be able to work some Saturdays based on business needs and store events.
