About the Role
Marks NA is seeking a skilled and creative AI Creative Technologist to join our global Content Studio team. This role involves producing exceptional visual content and enhancing workflows by merging artistic vision with AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of motion, consumer packaging art, brand guardianship, and communication skills. This is a temporary position.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams to conceptualize and develop high-end visual content using AI technologies.
- Create, refine, test, and socialize detailed prompts to achieve high-quality outputs.
- Help lead and develop internal adoption of AI tools and technologies across creative disciplines.
- Champion excellence in craft, pushing boundaries of creation in daily workflows, projects, and teams.
- Ensure AI-generated content aligns with brand guidelines and create brand/client-led closed models and tools.
- Provide creative solutions to adapt AI-generated visuals for campaigns, photo shoots, product launches, and other brand initiatives.
- Maintain a unified artistic direction and high creative standard in asset creation for global brands.
- Help lead the collaborative development and process of all work from inception to final delivery.
- Help establish and maintain a high level of quality.
- Provide creative governance throughout the creative and production process.
- Develop AI briefs and outline feedback with internal creative teams and production.
- Assist in bridging gaps between client requests, creative direction, production artists, and final quality control and client delivery.
Requirements
- 2-3 years working as a creative technologist.
- Knowledge and interest in emerging technologies.
Skills
- Art directing and visual storytelling for CPG brands.
- Expert knowledge of AI software including Adobe Firefly, Runway, MidJourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Chat GPT, Comfy UI.
- Proficient in the Creative Cloud Suite, including Photoshop, After Effects, Substance toolkit.
- Knowledge of 3D software and render engines.
- Deep understanding of the AI process from modeling, prompting, creating, and developing workflows.
- Experience collaborating with a team of multidisciplinary artists through production.
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to write and refine prompts to achieve desired AI outputs effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in high-end creative industries.
- Demonstrated decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask.
- Demonstrated ability to share skills and knowledge with other team members.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Ability to produce high-quality visuals to tight deadlines.

Salary/Compensations
- $125,000 USD to $135,000 USD annually
