About the Role

As a Warehouse Delivery Material Handler, you will be essential to the success of Staples Supply Chain by manually loading trucks with products for customer delivery. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safe work practices and embracing our safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Manually loading trucks with products to be delivered to customers.
• Lifting, lowering, and carrying product in a fast-paced environment.
• Stacking empty pallets.
• Maintaining a safe and clean workspace.
• Ensuring safe work practices and embracing the safety culture.

Requirements

• Ability to be MHEO certified and safely operate necessary material handling equipment.
• Ability and willingness to keep work area clean.
• Inclusive approach with colleagues and customers to forge strong relationships and foster collaboration to resolve issues.
• Ability to adopt safety procedures quickly and ensure safe work practices.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations.
• Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
• Ability to lift, push or pull equipment/merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Salary/Compensations

• $21.75/hour (includes $2.00/hour Shift Differential)
