About the Role

As a Warehouse Delivery Material Handler, you will be essential to the success of Staples Supply Chain by manually loading trucks with products for customer delivery. You will lift, lower, and carry products in a fast-paced environment, stack empty pallets, and maintain a clean workspace while ensuring safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Manually loading trucks with products to be delivered to customers.
• Lifting, lowering, and carrying product in a fast-paced environment.
• Stacking empty pallets.
• Maintaining a safe and clean workspace.
• Ensuring safe work practices and embracing the safety culture.

Requirements

• Ability to be MHEO certified and safely operate necessary material handling equipment.
• Ability and willingness to keep work area clean.
• Inclusive approach with colleagues and customers to forge strong relationships and foster collaboration to resolve issues.
• Ability to adopt safety procedures quickly and ensure safe work practices.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations.
• Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
• Ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; additional overtime hours will be required based on business need (for Full-Time associates).
• Ability to lift, push or pull equipment/merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
