About the Role
GP Log focuses on construction site logistics, ensuring efficient and precise management of resources, materials, and personnel. We are looking for individuals who can think in process chains and contribute to the smooth operation of construction projects from start to finish, prioritizing safety and data protection.
Responsibilities
- Independent planning, organization, and control of logistical services for a construction project.
- Act as a point of contact for logistical questions, problem-solving, and defect management on the construction site.
- Support the project manager in steering and coordinating the on-site project team (coordinators, subcontractors, suppliers).
- Assist the project manager with contract matters and change order creation.
- Coordinate necessary construction site documentation.
- Ensure complete information for billing.
Requirements
- Successful completion as a Master Craftsman/Technician or a completed degree in Civil Engineering.
- Several years of experience in construction logistics.
- Initial knowledge in creating logistics concepts.
- Good experience in work preparation or planning of construction processes.
- Familiarity with the calculation software iTWO is desirable.
- Teamwork, assertiveness, and an independent and committed way of working.
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- English language skills are desirable.
