About the Role

Arms Acres is seeking a motivated individual to join their Admissions team. This role involves coordinating and executing all tasks necessary to prepare a patient for admission, including greeting patients, tagging and storing belongings, and conducting baggage searches.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients.
• Ensure all bags are tagged and moved to storage.
• Search all baggage, bags, purses, etc.
• Document findings on admissions search form.
• Review patient handbook with patient.
• Obtain patient signatures on forms.
• Introduce patient to wing member and/or case manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training.
