About the Role
Develop innovative solutions in Strategy, Risk & Transactions – Advisory – Regulatory & Compliance, shaping the future of regulation. Responsibilities
- Work with clients to improve processes, organizational structures, IT systems, and behaviors to ensure quality and compliance.
- Support clients in developing and marketing therapies that improve and extend patients' lives.
- Take ownership of tasks in consulting projects for digital, organizational, or process transformation in the Life Sciences sector, focusing on pharmacovigilance.
- Manage the analysis and optimization of PV systems and Quality Management Systems (QMS), driving improvements in quality management processes.
- Advise Life Sciences clients on strategy development, project management, and change management, supporting their sustainable organizational development.
- Participate in the selection and implementation of validated IT systems (e.g., eQMS, DMS, LMS) and the design and execution of innovative digital solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related natural science, with a very good Abitur (high school diploma).
- Professional experience (minimum 1-2 years) in a Life Science company or startup within the pharmacovigilance field.
- Project responsibility related to the optimization and automation of regulated processes in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GVP Guideline, ICH Q10) for at least the EU and USA.
- Overall understanding of the interplay of processes within the pharmacovigilance system.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English.
