About the Role

In Audit & Assurance – Controls Assurance, you will create real added value for clients with innovative auditing and consulting approaches. You will strengthen the confidence in the reliability of corporate processes and the resilience of critical business operations, helping companies become sustainably more resilient.

Responsibilities

• Audit and advise national and international companies and organizations in the areas of Business Continuity Management, crisis management, corporate security, and resilience.
• Take responsibility for the management and implementation of resilience projects, coordinate relevant work results, and contribute to high-quality project execution.
• Conceptualize and support business impact analyses, risk assessments, determination of protection needs, and other resilience methods and tools.
• Develop preventive measures and emergency plans as well as test and simulation procedures.
• Contribute to the further development of our service portfolio, address relevant market, regulatory, and standard developments, and assist with acquisition.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies, ideally at Master's level, e.g., in Business Continuity Management, crisis management, information security, business informatics, corporate security, business administration, or economics.
• Several years of experience in Security & Resilience, particularly in Business Continuity Management, crisis management, corporate security, or resilience – ideally in an auditing firm, a consulting company, industry, or relevant organizations.
• Knowledge of relevant norms, standards, and regulatory requirements, e.g., ISO 22301, BSI Standard 200-4, ISO 22361, ISO 27001, DIN SPEC 14027, NIS-2, or KRITIS, is advantageous.
• Certifications in Business Continuity Management, crisis management, information security, or corporate security are desirable, e.g., BCM Practitioner, Business Continuity Manager, Crisis Manager, CBCP, CBCI, CISM, or CISA.
• Project management experience, very good business understanding, high quality awareness, teamwork, strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and confident stakeholder management.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills, as well as willingness to travel.
