About the Role
As a Bartender, use your skills and personality to deliver exceptional service at the bar. Elevate the guest experience to new heights as they indulge in the wide array of amenities we proudly offer!
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service and greet guests by name.
- Stock beer, soda, liquor, glassware, and paper products at the start and end of each shift.
- Make cocktails according to specifications and offer drink recommendations.
- Keep the bar area clean and wash bar dishes.
- Enter all drink orders into the POS system accurately.
- Use FLAG protocol when serving alcohol to guests under 35.
- Identify signs of intoxication and stop service appropriately.
Requirements
- Prior experience in alcohol beverage service.
- Knowledge of liquor service standards, compliance laws, and responsible service techniques.
- The ability to complete alcohol service training.
- A working knowledge of acceptable forms of identification and the ability to identify altered or false IDs.
- Proficiency in counting money and making correct change.
- The ability to create a positive experience for guests to encourage repeat business.
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 75 pounds.
