About the Role

Lead hourly staff in the daily performance of their duties and effectively prioritize multiple tasks to provide excellent service to guests.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members.
  • Ensure the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service.
  • Ensure all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met.
  • Assign duties to team members on shift and perform some service tasks.
  • Assist managers in team member training and compliance.
  • Investigate and resolve service complaints.
  • Review operational areas in need of attention.
  • Assist in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume.
  • Greet guests positively, professionally, and as an individual.
  • Monitor guests’ and team member needs within your assigned area.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a restaurant.
  • Two years of supervisory experience is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Superior organization abilities.
  • Superior guest service abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer relation skills.
  • Must be able to carry up to 35 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift.
  • Must be able to occasionally push and pull to move equipment, mops, and brooms.
