About the Role
As a Lab Data Analyst I at ICON, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing laboratory data to support clinical research studies.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to clinical laboratory operations activities, taking responsibility for deliverables and working collaboratively.
- Collect, organize, and analyze laboratory data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update databases, performing regular data validation and quality control checks.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, charts, and presentations to communicate data findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data management and reporting needs for clinical research projects.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of data collection, management, and analysis processes to enhance efficiency and data quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as data science, statistics, biology, or chemistry.
- 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role, preferably in a laboratory or clinical research environment.
- Proficiency in data management and analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to handle and analyze large datasets accurately.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive approach to supporting team goals and project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%).
- Must have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
