Prepares and carries out treatment plans adhering to facility and department policies. Maintains accurate records, daily scheduling, and billing. Collaborates with PTA to delegate and oversee treatments.

Requirements
- Licensed, or license eligible to practice physical therapy in the State of New York
- BLS certification required through the RQI system during clinical orientation
- Must have at least one year of FT experience to be considered for this per diem position
- Must be able to travel to multiple locations on any given day as requested
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
- Computer literacy
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with electronic medical record
