About the Role

We are bringing content in-house and this role will own it, producing content across founder and company accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, and short-form video. You will be responsible for writing in distinct voices, maintaining brand and tone of voice, creating supporting visuals, and editing video content. The ideal candidate will have strong judgment to decide what is worth saying and spotting newsworthy events within the business.

Responsibilities

  • Producing content across a mix of founder and company accounts, on LinkedIn primarily, alongside Instagram and short-form video.
  • Writing in several distinct voices, keeping them distinct.
  • Applying brand and tone of voice consistently across two brands and several individuals.
  • Creating supporting visuals such as carousels, static graphics, and thumbnails.
  • Directing, filming, and editing short-form vertical video content.
  • Deciding what content is worth publishing and identifying newsworthy events within the business.

Requirements

  • Enough experience that you've developed instincts rather than just process.
  • Proven ability to know the difference between successful and unsuccessful campaigns before publishing.
  • Genuinely strong writer, capable of writing convincingly in someone else's voice.
  • Ideally a B2B or professional services background.
  • Confident with video end to end, from directing what's shot to cutting it.
  • Comfortable in a small business environment with fast decisions and direct feedback.
  • Ability to express your own views and challenge existing ideas.
