About the Role

Fathom is a leading digital manufacturing platform offering on-demand manufacturing. We are seeking individuals to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality production.

Responsibilities

  • Manually clean metal per work instructions using scotch brite and a pumice drill gun.
  • Cut metal using cutting tools, measuring tape, and micrometers.
  • Operate automated machines as needed.
  • Follow direction on routers and prioritize jobs based on due date and urgency.
  • Utilize software and supervisor direction to select jobs in order of due date or expediting importance.
  • Thoroughly clean the photo tool and machine when necessary.
  • Ensure proper alignment of the photo tool.
  • Expose metal with the aligned photo tool following proper procedures.
  • Develop metal sheets according to proper procedures to prepare them for etching.
  • Etch sheets to meet customer specifications using the app, printed routers, customer prints, and established procedures.
  • Remove resist from parts using chemicals such as caustic and Ultra Strip, following prescribed procedures.
  • Operate the strip line and maintain associated equipment.
  • Use the shop floor APP to log time and identify issues.
  • Follow verbal and written directions.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, with a focus on safety regulations.
  • Assist other departments as required.
  • Maintain a safety-first mentality.
  • Ensure high-quality production.
  • Effectively manage workload across cutting, cleaning, and coating to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate time management skills.
